Your DriveValia accessories are covered up to 3-years warranty, starting from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Manufacturing and Material Defects:

The warranty covers any pre-existing manufacturing or material defects present before delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt and proof of purchase are required for the warranty to be honored.
  • Replacement: If your request is made within the warranty period and includes valid purchase proof, you are entitled to a replacement. If the exact product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a similar product. However, DriveValia reserves the right to determine if the defect is due to manufacturing issues.
  • Authorized Dealers: The warranty is valid only for products purchased from authorized dealers or our official online store. For authorized dealer verification, please email our support team.
